Ashley Garrels is a visual artist living and working in Seattle.

After earning her BA in Fine Art Photography from Western Washington University in 2014, she co-founded the wedding business Lilac + Twine, collaborated with other artists on various projects and spent a year living in rural Ireland. She's a sucker for interesting light, expired film, and flannel shirts.
